SHIPPING POLICY

Each blend is made with care and love. Please allow 2--3 days for processing. (Excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when the order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do ship internationally. 

 

To check the status of your order 

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Sales@BabyBlends.Co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Service@babyblends.co

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 890602 Temecula, Ca 92589.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
